FUNKY MONKEY BARS “GOLDEN RUNG GIVEAWAY 2025” – OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Overview

The Funky Monkey Bars Golden Rung Giveaway 2025 is a festive promotion where three (3) Golden Rungs will be randomly placed inside Funky Monkey Bars orders dispatched before Christmas. Customers who discover a Golden Rung will be eligible for a full refund of their qualifying purchase.

Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to customers who purchase a Funky Monkey Bars set during the promotional period and are residents of Australia. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their purchase date.
  • Employees of Funky Monkey Bars, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and their immediate family members (or those living in the same household) are not eligible.
  • This giveaway is subject to Australian law and is void where prohibited.

Sponsorship

The promotion is sponsored by Funky Monkey Bars Pty Ltd, 8/307 Stock Road, O'Connor WA 6163. The Sponsor will conduct the promotion in accordance with these Rules.

Promotional Period

Golden Rungs will be included in eligible orders dispatched between 13 November 2025 and 23 December 2025.

How It Works

  1. Three (3) Golden Rungs will be randomly inserted into the rung boxes of Funky Monkey Bars sets during the promotional period.

  2. Customers who find a Golden Rung must contact info@funkymonkeybars.com or call 1300 912 198 to lodge their claim.

  3. The customer must provide:
     - A clear photo of the Golden Rung found.
     - Their order confirmation number and purchase details.

Refund Conditions

  • Each verified winner will receive a full refund of their order value, including product cost, taxes, and shipping fees.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after Funky Monkey Bars verifies the claim.

  • Only the original purchaser may claim the refund, which will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Claims must be submitted by 15 January 2026.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Funky Monkey Bars reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the giveaway at any time and may request proof of purchase or identification to verify claims.

Selection and Notification of Winners

  • Winners are those who find a Golden Rung in their order. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Funky Monkey Bars upon discovery.
  • All claims will be verified against internal records. Funky Monkey Bars is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect contact details or email filtering.

Disputes

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants agree that unresolved disputes will be handled individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Western Australia, and not through any class action.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Funky Monkey Bars and its affiliates from all liability related to:

  • Errors in administration or operation of the promotion.

  • Technical or human errors during order or selection.

  • Delays or issues with communication or postal services.
    Participation is at each entrant’s own risk.

General Conditions

Funky Monkey Bars may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway without notice if technical, fraudulent, or other issues compromise its integrity. Anyone found tampering with or attempting to manipulate the giveaway may be disqualified.

Information submitted in connection with this promotion is subject to the Funky Monkey Bars Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the use of their information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By participating, entrants grant Funky Monkey Bars and its representatives the right to use their name, likeness, image, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes worldwide, without further consent or compensation.
