The Weight Bar Holders are a great support for weight lift training and to keep your fitness equipment in one place.
It will hold up to a 200kg loaded weight bar.
Originally featured on The Silverback cross-fit frame, it is now available as an add-on to be added to any Funky Monkey Bars frame.
Weight Bar Holders can be attached to two upright poles at the desired height like the; swing frame monkey bar ladder above the steps.
