CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Eastern States (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, Tas, NT & SA)

Orders for delivery before Christmas to the Eastern States have now closed.  All orders placed in December will now be dispatched in January 2018.  Order online, or phone 1300 912 198.

Western Australia (country)

Orders for delivery before Christmas to country Western Australia have now closed.  Orders placed in December will now be dispatched in January 2018.  Order online, or phone 1300 912 198.

Western Australia (metro)

Order online, visit our showroom, 9 Cutting Way, Yangebup, or phone 1300 912 198 before December 15, 2017.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Eastern States and WA country

When your order is dispatched via courier from our warehouse, you will receive a TNT tracking number via email from Funky Monkey Bars that will contain a link to TNTs tracking system.

We also use GJ Freight for some South West deliveries.

Western Australia (metro)

Our Perth-based deliveries and installation schedule before Christmas is now full.  All Perth orders that have not already been scheduled for delivery will need to be picked up from our Funky Monkey Bars warehouse at 9 Cutting Way, Yangebup, WA before Christmas.

PICK UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE

Pick-ups from our warehouse at 9 Cutting Way, Yangebup, Western Australia, must be made by appointment as it takes a couple of days to process your order.

When you place your order, please specify a pick up time. We are open Monday – Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Saturdays in December from 9.00am to 12noon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS RE: DISPATCH

Do I have to be home to receive my Funky Monkey Bar order?
All deliveries are given authority to leave unattended if the customer is not at home when the courier arrives. If you don’t want us to give authority to leave then you must advise us before dispatch.

Can I specify the date of delivery?
When you have received the tracking number you can contact TNT directly to discuss delivery dates to the Eastern States and country Western Australia.

For Perth metro deliveries, contact us via email or phone and we can accommodate where possible.

Is it plain or branded packaging?
Deliveries from Funky Monkey Bars are identifiable by our branding on all packaged items.

What should I do if the courier has split my order?
Funky Monkey Bars can arrive in seven to 24 separate packages depending on the model you have ordered. On rare occasions the courier may split your order so that some packages arrive on different days.

If you haven’t received all your packages within a couple of days, please contact freight@funkymonkeybars.com with your order number and tracking number.

What if my order hasn’t arrived as expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived when and how you expected, please contact us with your order reference number and TNT tracking number freight@funkymonkeybars.com

What should I do if the packaging appears damaged?
Please photograph the items in the condition that they arrived and send to us at freight@funkymonkeybars.com along with your order reference number.

What if I have missing items?
In the assembly instructions provided you will find an inventory list to check off that your order is complete. If it appears that an item is not included please contact us freight@funkymonkeybars.com
