Terms & Conditions - Google Reviews Competition
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Funky Monkey Bars Pty Ltd (“Funky Monkey Bars”), 72 164 496 520, located at 8/307 Stock Road, O’Connor WA 6163.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to customers of Funky Monkey Bars who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Funky Monkey Bars, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
- The competition is open to Australian residents only.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must leave a Google review of Funky Monkey Bars including a photo of their Funky Monkey Bars purchase.
- Reviews without a photo will not qualify for entry.
- Only one entry per customer purchase will be accepted.
4. Competition Period
- Entries open on 3rd September 2025.
- The competition is ongoing, with winners drawn twice per calendar year.
- Winners will be drawn every 6 months on 1 June and 1 December (AWST).
- Entries for each draw close at 11:59pm (AWST) on the day prior to the draw date.
5. Prize
- Two winners will be selected each year (one per draw).
The prize is a reimbursement of the full purchase price of the winner’s Funky Monkey Bars order.The reimbursement will be made via the original payment method or other suitable means as agreed with the winner.The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except as stated above).
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received within the relevant competition period.
- Draws will take place twice per year, on 1 June and 1 December.
The winner will be notified via the contact details associated with their Funky Monkey Bars order and announced on Funky Monkey Bars’ website and/or social media.If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw will take place.
7. Use of Entries
- By entering, participants consent to Funky Monkey Bars using their name, review, and uploaded photo(s) for promotional purposes across Funky Monkey Bars’ marketing channels, including social media, website, and email communications, without further compensation.
8. Privacy
Funky Monkey Bars will collect and handle personal information of entrants to conduct the competition and to contact the winner.
- All personal information will be handled in accordance with Funky Monkey Bars’ Privacy Policy.
9. General
- Funky Monkey Bars reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Funky Monkey Bars accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
- Funky Monkey Bars reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Decisions of Funky Monkey Bars regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

- By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Funky Monkey Bars and not to Google.
